Full Cycle Accountant
Background

We are a fast growing company that is working to change the way that we live in a digital world and looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and fill the position and report to the managing partner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Full Cycle bookkeeping including data entry, journal entries, AP, AR, inventory, purchasing, and payroll in QuickBooks
- Job estimating
- Invoice/expense account reconciliation
- Data entry for Time sheets/payroll
- Prepare GST, PST and payroll reports
Skills
- Excellent English communication, telephone and written skills
- Very Good organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team

Work and Educational Requirements
- Work experience min 2 years in QuickBooks
- Excellent Excel, Outlook and Word in a Windows XP environment
- Completion of a BCom in Accounting OR the UBC Diploma in Accounting, OR a Level 4 CGA student (or equivalent)
