Scope of Work
- Creating new business to business contacts in specified vertical markets
- Vertical markets include Interior Designers, Custom Home Builders, Developers & Hotels
- Strong ability to network and open doors to new relationships
- Strong presentations skills focusing on the value proposition of SmartHomeShop
- Ability to create interest, present a solution, close the sale and follow up
- Create a strong referral network
- Report on sales, future sales and new opportunities
- Attend and contribute in weekly sales meeting
Skills
- Strong drive to over achieve
- Solution oriented - Ability to take a project from concept to completion
- Strong initiative to develop new markets
- Passion for the customers and the SmartHomeShop solutions
- Superior interpersonal skills in dealing with clients and colleagues with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to listen & learn from others
- Must be able to work well independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in the construction or renovation industry would be an asset
- Minimum 3 years experience in business to business or enterprise sales
Other
- Must have valid B.C. Drivers license
- Must have clean, professional appearance
- Some evening events, travel or trade show participation may be required
